1. Site and Compliance Health Check Starting from £250 + VAT

A walk-round of your premises and a review of your safety and maintenance records. You receive a clear written report with:

• A gap list covering fire safety, water hygiene, electrical, asbestos and H&S records

• A prioritised 12-month maintenance plan with realistic cost estimates

• Advice on which items need a qualified specialist

Best for: organisations that aren't sure whether they're compliant or what's coming up.

2. Monthly Estates and Compliance Coordination from £150 + VAT per month

I act as your part-time estates contact. This includes:

• Keeping your compliance records organised and your renewal dates diarised

• Arranging and chasing contractors, including heating and emergency callouts

• Reviewing quotes and challenging costs

• Planning ahead so repairs don't catch you out

• A short monthly summary so you always know where things stand

Best for: organisations that want it handled without hiring anyone.

3. Managed Small Projects up to £25,000

From scoping to sign-off, I manage the work so you don't have to. This includes:

• Fencing and boundary upgrades

• Hardstanding and external works

• Minor refurbishments and repairs

• Defining the specification, obtaining quotes, managing the contractor, checking quality and keeping to budget

You get one point of contact and a fixed price agreed up front.

Best for: one-off works where you want it done properly without becoming a project manager yourself.
